Production & Epitope

Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to ZNF592 immobilized on solid support.

The epitope recognized by IHC-00549 maps to a region between residue 950 and 1000 of human zinc finger protein 592 using the numbering given in entry NP_055445.2 (GeneID 9640).

Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.

Applications

Epitope exposure is recommended.

Epitope exposure with citrate buffer will enhance staining.

Likely to work with frozen sections.

In some cases, the antibody may be diluted further than indicated.

Immunohistochemistry (IHC)1:100 - 1:500
