Product Description
CD20 is a member of the membrane-spanning 4A gene family. Members of this nascent protein family are characterized by common structural features and similar intron/exon splice boundaries and display unique expression patterns among hematopoietic cells and nonlymphoid tissues. CD20 is a B-lymphocyte surface molecule which plays a role in the development and differentiation of B-cells into plasma cells [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 931)].

Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots are performed using Goat anti-Mouse IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (Cat. No. A90-216P).
Flow Cytometry (Flow Cyt)Fixed in 4% formaldehyde and permeabilized with 90% methanol. 0.25 µl per 1 x 10^6 cells.
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)1:100 - 1:500. Epitope retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for FFPE tissue sections.
