Product Description
CD276 may participate in the regulation of T-cell-mediated immune response. CD276 may play a protective role in tumor cells by inhibiting natural-killer mediated cell lysis as well as a role of marker for detection of neuroblastoma cells. It may also be involved in the development of acute and chronic transplant rejection and in the regulation of lymphocytic activity at mucosal surfaces and could also play a key role in providing the placenta and fetus with a suitable immunological environment throughout pregnancy [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q5ZPR3].

Production & Epitope
Recombinant antibody was purified from cell culture supernatant.
Immunogen was a peptide representing a region between residue 500 and the C-terminus (residue 534) of human CD276 Molecule using the numbering given in entry NP_001019907.1 (GeneID 80381).
Applications
All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
Western blots of cell lysates are performed using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Heavy and Light Chain Antibody (A120-101P).
Western blots of immunoprecipitates are performed using an anti-Rabbit IgG Light Chain HRP-conjugated antibody with 5% Normal Pig Serum (Cat. No. S100-020) added to the blocking buffer.
Flow Cytometry (Flow Cyt)Fixed in 4% formaldehyde and permeabilized with 90% methanol. 1 µl per 1 x 10^6 cells.
Immunocytochemistry (ICC)1:100 - 1:500. Epitope retrieval with citrate buffer pH6.0 is recommended for FFPE cell sections.
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)1:100 - 1:500. Epitope retrieval with citrate buffer pH6.0 is recommended for FFPE tissue sections.
