CTF18 (Chromosome Transmission Fidelity protein 18 homolog) is part of the CTF18-RFC (Replication Factor C) complex composed of CTF18, CTF8, DCC1, and four RFC subunits. This complex has been shown to be important for the establishment of sister chromatid cohesion and functions as a proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) loader for DNA synthesis.

Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to CTF18 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by IHC-00373 maps to a region between residue 25 and 75 of human chromosome transmission fidelity factor 18 using the numbering given in entry NP_071375.1 (GeneID 63922).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
