Production Procedures

Some hybridoma clones may express aberrant immunoglobulin-related peptides that are improperly recognized by this antibody. Biotinylated antibody was demonstrated by reaction with avidin/peroxidase when coated on microtiter wells. Working dilutions should be determined by the investigator.
