Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to CDC25c immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A301-390A maps to a region between residue 150 and 200 of human cell division cycle 25 homolog C using the numbering given in entry NP_001781.2 (GeneID 995).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to CDC25c immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by A301-390A-T maps to a region between residue 150 and 200 of human cell division cycle 25 homolog C using the numbering given in entry NP_001781.2 (GeneID 995).
CDC25c (cell division cycle 25 homolog c) is a member of the Cdc25 family of phosphatases. CDC25c promotes cell cycle progression and M-phase entry by dephosphorylating CDC2/cyclin B and activating its kinase activity. CDC25c is phosphorylated and activated by multiple kinases including chk1, Cdc2/cyclin B, polo-like kinase 1, and JNK MAP kinases. The inactivation of CDC25c phosphatase activity is achieved through dephosphorylation by PP1 and PP2A phosphatases.
