ZNF777 belongs to the krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family and contains six C2H2-type zinc-fingers and a KRAB (Kruppel-associated box) domain. This protein has not been characterized; however KRAB-containing proteins are thought to serve a function in cell proliferation, apoptosis, differentiation, and neoplastic transformation.

Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
