The epitope recognized by A302-169A maps to a region between residue 1 and 50 of human protein regulated in development and DNA damage response 1 (DNA-damage-inducible transcript 4) using the numbering given in entry NP_061931.1 (GeneID 54541).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.

REDD1 (regulated in development and DNA damage response 1) is a direct transcriptional target of HIF. It plays a role in the TSC/mTOR pathway as a regulator upstream of the TSC1/2 complex. In response to both hypoxia and energy stress, REDD1 inhibits mTOR activity in a TSC-dependent manner. Alternative names for REDD1 include DDIT4, DNA-damage-inducible transcript 4 protein, and RTP801.
