Paraspeckle protein 1 (PSP1), also known as paraspeckle component 1 (PSPC1) is localized to punctate subnuclear structures often located adjacent to splicing speckles, called paraspeckles. Colocalizes with NONO and SFPQ in paraspeckles and perinucleolar caps in a RNA-dependent manner [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/ Q8WXF1].

Applications

All western blot analysis is performed using 5% Milk-TBST for blocking and as antibody diluent. Primary antibody is incubated overnight.
