Production Procedures

Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to Reticulocalbin-1 immobilized on solid support.

The epitope recognized by IHC-00207 maps to a region between residues 1 and 75 of human Reticulocalbin-1, EF-hand calcium binding domain using the numbering given in Swiss-Prot entry Q15293 (GeneID 5954).

Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to Reticulocalbin-1 immobilized on solid support.

The epitope recognized by IHC-00207-T maps to a region between residues 1 and 75 of human Reticulocalbin-1, EF-hand calcium binding domain using the numbering given in Swiss-Prot entry Q15293 (GeneID 5954).

Additional Product Information

Reticulocalbin-1 is a member of the CREC (Cab45/reticulocalbin/ERC45/calumenin) family of calcium binding proteins. Reticulocalbin-1 localizes to the lumen of the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) and may function to regulate calcium-dependent activities in the ER.

Applications

Epitope exposure is recommended.

Epitope exposure with citrate buffer will enhance staining.

Likely to work with frozen sections.

In some cases, the antibody may be diluted further than indicated.
