Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to PAF49 immobilized on solid support.
The epitope recognized by IHC-00474 maps to a region between residue 404 and 454 of human RNA polymerase I-associated factor PAF49 (CD3-epsilon-associated protein) using the numbering given in entry NP_036231.1 (GeneID 10849).
Immunoglobulin concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
